How to set up the team GA4 account. Your team Google tools admin will:
- Sign into their SJU google account and go to https://analytics.google.com
- Hit the “start measuring” blue button if it shows; otherwise go to the ADMIN button on the bottom left of the screen and then hit CREATE ACCOUNT

- You should see a screen that looks something like this:

- Provide the necessary information, create the account.
- Next step is to establish a data stream that will collect your site for GA4


- You will need to go back to Account Management and use the Account Access Management screen to provide access to your teammates. I suggest you give one admin access as a backup and the others, as well as srobinso@sju.edu “Marketer” access. Make sure to use the SJU email accounts for your teammates (not their private gmail accounts. They may receive an email notifying them of the invitation.)
How to set up the team GTM account. Your team Google tools admin will do this:
- Sign into their SJU google account and go to https://tagmanager.google.com
- Find the CREATE ACCOUNT button

And fill in the necessary information: Please use your team number in the container name and choose WEB as the target platform

Once this is done, go into ADMIN and choose User Management to add your teammates, as well as srobinso@sju.edu as Users and one backup Administrator. See Providing Analytics Access to your teammates below for detailed instructions on this.
