• Click Admin on the main menu

• Click on Account Access management

• Click on the big blue + on the upper right to add a user

• Make sure you have at least one backup Administrator; add others as Editors or Marketers using SJU accounts only
• Add me as an editor (so I can help with troubleshooting)
• Everyone will need to accept the email invitations

Google Tag Manger works the same way except:

• The ADMIN tab is a tab on the upper left
• You choose USER MANAGEMENT in the ACCOUNT column
• There are only 2 levels of access: Assign one backup Administrator and others as Users, including me
